The primary responsibility of the Activity Assistant is to assist with activities. This entails assisting with planning, developing and organizing recreational programs in accordance with existing federal, state and local standards, to assure that the spiritual, emotional, physical, intellectual, recreational and social needs of the residents are being met on an ongoing, individual basis. Repairs, spackles, paints, refinishes, stains and wallpapers interior and exterior surfaces and structures. Repairs and refinishes furniture as needed. Paints signs and directories. The Evening Wait Person is primarily responsible for table service to The Vista community members living in a brand new independent adult resort style living community. Responsibilities include dining room set up, clearing of courses during service in the dining room, general sanitation of dining facilities and resetting tables for next service.
This position is primarily responsible for table service to residents. Performs duties in compliance with established policies and procedures, and performs in a professional manner. Duties include the setting up and clearing of courses during service in the dining room. Stocks Server Area with supplies as per par sheets. Cleans and sanitizes tables in Dining Room. Responsibilities/Competencies:
- Utilizes various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates.
- Reviews CVs/applications and screens all candidates to determine quality and fit for the organization.
- Partners with hiring manager to find qualified candidates to fill open positions, conducts prescreen interviews with candidates for minimum requirements.
- Establishes systems that provide for routine follow up to applicants to ensure that appropriate action is taken within a reasonable timeframe.
- Post and update position requisitions for staffing needs in assigned areas.
- Cultivates relationships with candidates and hiring managers to promote growth, teamwork and credibility.
- Assists in the on-going support of the applicant tracking system.
