We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Marketing Project Manager, Website and Email to join our Marketing team. The Marketing Project Manager, Website and Email will serve as a valued web, email, and marketing technology partner. The Project Manager, manages external public-facing websites for ChristianHealth. This individual will also partner with a cross-functional team to support the development, execution, and optimization of email for demand generation, lead generation, and lead nurturing. The Marketing Project Manager, Websites and Email, will be adept at content strategy, web and email tech and trends, and reporting and optimization tactics. This individual will also support marketing leadership in selecting, implementing, and maintaining systems in the marketing technology stack. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about marketing and leveraging technology and has an aptitude for data. This person has demonstrated marketing automation knowledge, is creative and analytical, and has strong organizational skills. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of Christian Health.

 

Responsibilities/Competencies:


Website Management

  • Manage public-facing websites to promote our brand and programs. Lead design and UI audits and facelifts every few years to ensure sites
    remain current. 
  • Responsible for partnering withweb vendors and agencies to ensure site functionality and design support the organizational goals and
    objectives. 
  • Coordinate content management with team members to ensure content is accurate, current, and aligned across marketing channels.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on site traffic and visitor behavior. Leverage data to optimize site performance. 
  • Partner with agencies and team members to enhance the organization's web presence through search engine optimization. 
  • Develop and maintain landing pages to support demand and lead generation 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on best practices for content management systems, including Scorpian Marketing and WordPress. Liaise with
    information services to help manage domain ownership. 

Email Marketing

  • Define and drive strategy to increase engagement via email, including email nurture campaigns, landing page retargeting, lapsed contact re-engagement, and more. 
  • Conceptualize, write, build, and optimize automated persona-based nurture campaigns to alignwith overall marketing strategy and sales pipeline goals.
  • Develop and execute an A/B testing strategy (layout, format, frequency, copy, etc.) to continuously improve email performance. 
  • Analyze, report, and make data-driven recommendations for email KPIs, including deliverability, open rates, click rates, opt-out rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Present regular reporting on email performance to sales and marketing leadership. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and optimize the email campaign lifecycle – from concept development through results measurement - to build a robust, engaged, marketable database and influence conversion rates. 
  • Provide insights into segmentation through data analysis and behavioral retargeting while reporting on email list quality and health.
  • Monitor the market place to stay ahead of best practices and provide perspective on best-in-class email marketing opportunities. 
  • Own the execution of monthly email newsletter programs. 
  • Work closely with agencies and copywriter to develop a recognizable brand identity and voice for email projects. 
  • Ensure email templates are mobile-friendly and compatible with multiple email platforms. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM. 

Marketing Technology Stack

  • Support Christian Health’s marketing technology evaluation and selection process, including CRM integration and management.
  • Help automate campaigns and enable tracking of responses to feed CRM. 
  • Co-create strategy for Christian Health’s marketing technology stack, identifying objectives with strategic guidance to optimize sales and marketing performance. 
  • Ensure strategic coordination with the information services team. 

Schedule: 9am-5pm, Monday – Friday.

 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IS / IT, or equivalent related discipline.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Demonstrates compliance with the Christian Health ASPIRE Standards of Performance. 

Qualifications:

  • Strong web and email marketing professional with 5+ years of experience.
  • Well-versed in UX fundamentals and ADA compliance basics.
  • Demonstrated success with SEO improvements and related tactics.
  • Experience in email nurture campaigns across the funnel.
  • Experience creating easy-to-navigate, informative, accurate, and functional websites.
  • Experience leveraging websites and email for brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and content management systems.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in writing and creating email content, CTA optimizations, and subject line creation.
