As a RN working in short -term you are responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day activities performed by nursing assistants to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of the Christian Health.   Schedule: Part Time  7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm and 11pm - 7am shifts available.    Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Christian Health offers NEW competitive RN wages and a great environment for teamwork and development.   Ramapo Ridge Behavioral Health (RRBH) is a 58-bed, inpatient hospital licensed by the State of New Jersey and accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC). RRBH has also received Disease-specific Care Certification for Dementia from TJC. RRBH is licensed to accept both voluntary and involuntary patients, and consists of two divisions: a general adult psychiatric program and a geriatric psychiatric program. Patients in both programs benefit from a full range of treatment services.   As a RN working at RRBH, you are part of an interdisciplinary team that develops individualized treatment plans designed to help patients reach their goals. The treatment team includes a psychiatrist; internist; psychiatric nurses and aides; a social worker; activities therapists; a dietitian, and a chaplain. Daily therapeutic treatment includes medication, individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, therapeutic activities and family support.
