Seeking caring and motivated psychotherapists to join our multidisciplinary team of Behavioral health providers. The qualified candidate will have supervised clinical experience in conducting psychological and behavioral health assessments as well as formulating individualized treatment plans for our patient population.  

 

Our philosophy of care is to ensure we meet the patient where they are in their readiness for change. We strive to ensure a partnership built on a true therapeutic alliance and plan of care that effectively integrates Christian principles into each treatment plan.  Interventions may be for individual, marital or family therapy. Eclectic modalities of therapy are utilized based upon client needs and expertise of the treating therapist. Modalities utilized include but are not limited to CBT, Motivational Interviewing and others. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of the Christian Health.

 

Education: MSW, LCSW required.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Demonstrates compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • MSW, LCSW required.
  • Post graduate experience preferred.
  • Experience treating clients and families struggling with Substance Use Disorder, Alcohol Use Disorder also preferred. 
  • Additional candidates with experience working with the developmentally disabled population also encouraged to apply.
