When you arrive for the Hiring Event, please park at the Human Resources/Finance Building. Complimentary parking will be available in this lot. To access the parking area, enter the campus at the traffic light, turn right onto Dykhouse Drive, and take the first right into the Human Resources/Finance Building parking lot. A Christian Health shuttle bus will be available every 15 minutes to transport you to the event location. Once inside the building, you’ll see the reception area on your right. Please let the receptionist know that you’re attending the Hiring Event, and they will guide you from there.

Visit our beautiful 78-acre campus in Bergen County to meet with the hiring manager and nurse leaders from our Behavioral Health community. Candidates can walk in anytime during the two-hour window to meet with Recruiters and the Hiring Manager from Christian Health, and participate in job interviews on the spot. Full time positions available.

Full- time Schedule Available for RN's in Ramapo Ridge Behavioral Health:

• (3) 12 hour shifts 6:45am - 7:15pm (Days). Every other weekend required.
• (3) 12 hour shifts 6:45pm - 7:15am (Nights). Every other weekend required. 

Full- time and Part-Time Schedule Available for RN's and LPN's in Heritage Manor:

• 7am-3pm, Every Other Weekend Required.
• 3pm-11pm Every Other Weekend Required.
• 11pm-7am Every Other Weekend Required.

Schedule Available for RN's in Longview, our Premier Assisted Living Residence:

• Part- time - 7am - 3pm, Every Other Weekend only and must be on-call for the same weekend rotation.
• Full- time - 3pm-11pm, On call requirements include every other week (Monday – Friday)

Competitive Enhanced Experienced RN-LPN Start Rates plus shift and weekend differentials.

Hourly Rate Range: $30.00 - $51.00

When determining a base salary or hourly rate, several factors may be considered as applicable such as years of relevant experience, education, credentials.

2nd & 3rd Shift Differential as an LPN: $3.90

2nd & 3rd Shift Differential as an RN: $4.30

Weekend Differential for Full Time: $2.00 

Weekend Differential for Part Time: $5.35

Sign on Bonus:

• Full-time Nurses are eligible for a sign on bonus of $5,000.
• Part -time and Scheduled Per Diem II are eligible for a sign on bonus of $2,000.

About Ramapo Ridge Behavioral Health (RRBH):

• RRBH is a 58-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital licensed by the State of New Jersey and accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC).

• Our behavioral hospital serves adults from 18 years of age through the senior years. RRBH includes a general adult psychiatric division treating adults of all ages with various mental health diagnosis such as depression, bipolar illness, anxiety, schizophrenia, OCD and others. Our geriatric division is a locked, safe and secure newly renovated wing that specializes in various forms of Dementia, Alzheimer’s and a host of additional mental health diagnosis.  While we admit patients who are voluntary and involuntary, we are not licensed to admit patients who require Short Term Care Facility (STCF) beds. Generally, these patients require a more intensive and secure environment for safety.

About Haven:

• Haven is the first of its kind in Bergen County at Ramapo Ridge providing inpatient trauma-informed care and services in a safe and secure setting for women only. Located within Ramapo Ridge Behavioral Health.

• Heritage Manor offers three specialized areas of care: Skilled Nursing Care, Dementia Care and Short - term Rehab.

• Helps seniors who want to maintain as much independence as possible while getting the help they need with activities of daily living. 
• Located within the same building as Longview, Courtyard is a specialized residence designed to meet the needs of those with early stages of dementia and memory loss.
