We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-time, Dining Room Supervisor to join The Longview Premier Assisted Living Facility .   The Dining Room Supervisor is primarily working in conjunction with the servers to create a friendly and welcoming environment in the assisted living dining room. Responsible for maintaining a constant presence in the dining room assisting and instructing the servers to run the meal time in a professional and appropriate way. Performs all duties in compliance with established policies and procedures.

Duties also include overseeing all daily courtyard operations, the setting up and clearing of courses during service and the supervision of all front of the house activities including setup, sanitation of service area, and compliance with temperature and dietary standards. Oversees and coordinates the activities and operation of the dining room and kitchen. Provides direction and supervision as required to meet the the operational and sanitation needs of the department. Is responsible for overseeing all food service operations in absence of Executive Sous Chef. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of the Christian Health.

Schedule: 11:00am-7:00pm Monday - Friday and Every other weekend.

Education: High School degree required.

Qualifications:

• Three (3) years Food service experience required.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
